Rita Misra

Rita Misra is currently serving as the Associate Branch Chief of the Drug Regulatory Group, Regulatory Affairs Branch, CTEP. She joined RAB/CTEP as a Senior Regulatory Scientist in 2001. Dr. Misra has a B.A. in Biochemistry from Rutgers University, a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology from Cornell University, and received Postdoctoral training in Molecular Toxicology, and Comparative Carcinogenesis at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the National Cancer Institute, Frederick, respectively. She received a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University in 1999 and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Cancer Prevention at the National Cancer Institute, in 2001.
