CTCAE v4.0 Open Comment Period

CTEP is currently accepting and encouraging open comment on CTCAE v4.0.

The comment period will close April 15, 2013. Suggested improvements will be considered for integration into CTCAE v5.0.

Send all comments to Examples of comments include requests for additional terms, changes to the grading for current terms, and requests for clarification or examples of confusing language. Please be as specific as possible.

CTCAE is widely accepted throughout the oncology research community as the standard grading scale for adverse events. Your feedback helps improve the user experience, accuracy of reporting and classification of side effects used in assessing drugs for cancer therapy.
