Online Agent Order Processing (OAOP)
The Pharmaceutical Management Branch (PMB) Online Agent Order Processing (OAOP) application enables you to perform one or more of the following operations based on your account access role:
- Online agent ordering — create orders (standard or blinded/patient-specific) for
- Order status review — view order status, modify orders, respond to PMB queries, and view FedEx (or other express courier) tracking information
- Stock notification letters (FAQ) — view stock notification letters (expiration, protocol status, recalls, IND withdrawal, and extension of expiration) for standard orders or blinded/patient-specific orders.
- Investigator brochures (FAQ) — obtain current versions of investigator brochures and other IB documents of CTEP-IND agents.
Access to any of the above features of OAOP requires the establishment of a CTEP Identity and Access Management (IAM) account and the maintenance of an “active” account status and a “current” password. About the Branch Chief
Mr. Hall received his undergraduate pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in 1975. He was awarded a Master of Science in Business Organizational Management from the University of LaVerne, California in 1991.
