Online Agent Order Processing (OAOP)

The Pharmaceutical Management Branch (PMB) Online Agent Order Processing (OAOP) application enables you to perform one or more of the following operations based on your account access role:

  1. Online agent ordering — create orders (standard or blinded/patient-specific) for
    PMB-distributed agents
  2. Order status review — view order status, modify orders, respond to PMB queries, and view FedEx (or other express courier) tracking information
  3. Stock notification letters (FAQ) — view stock notification letters (expiration, protocol status, recalls, IND withdrawal, and extension of expiration) for standard orders or blinded/patient-specific orders.
  4. Investigator brochures (FAQ) — obtain current versions of investigator brochures and other IB documents of CTEP-IND agents.

Access to any of the above features of OAOP requires the establishment of a CTEP Identity and Access Management (IAM) account and the maintenance of an "active" account status, a "current" password and active person registration status.

Associates requiring access to agent ordering operations must:

  • Become a shipping designee or an ordering designee on the Agent Shipment Form on file with PMB for each NCI Registered Investigator for whom you will need to order investigational agent or;
  • Be designated as the site Primary Shipping Designee or one of the Primary Ordering Designees on the most recent Primary Shipping Address and Designee (PSD) Worksheet on file with PMB for your site.
