Charles L. Hall, Jr., RPh, MBA, Branch Chief, PMB

Mr. Hall received his undergraduate pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in 1975. He was awarded a Master of Science in Business Organizational Management from the University of LaVerne, California in 1991. In 1995, he completed an American Society of Hospital Pharmacy (ASHP) – accredited general pharmacy practice residency at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland. More…

Rodney Howells, RPh, Associate Branch Chief

Mr. Howells originally joined CTEP as a Clinical Research Pharmacist with the Drug Management and Authorization Section, Pharmaceutical Management Branch in September, 2001. Matthew J. Boron, RPh joined the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP) in 2000 as a Clinical Research Pharmacist in the Drug Management and Authorization Section (DMAS) of the Pharmaceutical Management Branch (PMB), where he was responsible for a portfolio of biologic agents under CTEP Investigational New Drug applications (INDs). Cynthia D. Jiles, RPh, Senior Clinical Research Pharmacist

Cynthia Jiles joined the Pharmaceutical Management Branch in 2011. Prior experience includes working three years as a staff pharmacist at the Veterans Administration Medical Center and 21 years at the Children's National Medical Center (CNMC), both in Washington, DC. Ms. Jiles began her CNMC career as a Clinical Pharmacist, later focusing on oncology. More…

Ravie Kem, RPh, Pharm D, Senior Clinical Research Pharmacist

Donna A Shriner, RPh, Pharm D, MPH, Senior Clinical Research Pharmacist

Dr. Donna A. Shriner received her Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from West Virginia University in 1983 and began work as a hospital pharmacist in a small community hospital in southern West Virginia. In 1985-86, she completed an American Society of Hospital Pharmacy (ASHP) – accredited residency in clinical pharmacy at the National Institutes of Health before entering the Doctor of Pharmacy program at the University of Texas in 1986. Dr. Thompson joined the Pharmaceutical Management Branch (PMB) of the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP) in 2012. Eileen Wu, Pharm D, Senior Clinical Research Pharmacist

Dr. Eileen Wu received a PharmD degree from Rutgers The State University of New Jersey in 2007. She joined the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as a staff pharmacist in 2007 where she prepared and dispensed IV medications (including investigational agents, chemotherapy, TPNs) and worked with robotic IV automation.
